IHQ offers a Block-a-Month quilt opportunity for all interested members. If you are adventurous and even a little creative, and would like to select a quilt project for one month, please sign up for October, November, January, February, March, April or May. You can let your imagination soar!You can select a quilt in one of two ways. One: Find a pattern, select, purchase (you will be reimbursed by IHQ), cut out each block kit, and sell to interested parties ~ OR ~ Two: Go on-line, select a pattern, select a color/theme, and have quilters make their own block to the specifications on the chosen pattern.
The project needs to be set at the beginning of your chosen month and is completed by the last meeting of the same month when the winner will be selected.
