Vendors will be notified via email May 1, 2011. Deposit checks will not be cashed until after vendors are selected. Confirmed applications will receive additional information regarding setup, parking, directions and lodging. Vendors not selected will receive a notification letter with their returned deposit checks. PAYMENT/CANCELLATION TERMS: (make checks payable to “IHQ”) A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to process this contract. The remaining balance is due no later than June 30, 2012. Failure to pay the balance due will result in forfeiture of your booth reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing, and postmarked by US mail to Barbaranne Zem, Vendor Chair, 296 Wyldewood Drive, Murphys CA 95247. Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:
